We do our best to respond to all inquiries as soon as possible. For contact form submissions and emails, our usual response time is within 1-4 hours, but in rare cases, may take up to 24 hours. If you need an immediate response, please feel free to call us.
We are closed on New Years Day, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. For all other holidays, we are open during our normal business hours.

Project timelines vary based on size and complexity. Smaller projects may take as little as a day, while larger projects could take several weeks. A more accurate timeline will be provided in your estimate.
Yes. If you already have the materials for your project, just let us know.
Whether or not a project requires a building permit varies based on the project and the local zoning and construction laws. We will let you know if any permits are required for your project beforehand and we will obtain all necessary permits before we begin work. The cost of the permits will be included in your estimate.
If you're outside our usual service area, but still within the state of North Carloina, we may be able to help. Feel free to reach out to us with your project details and we'll let you know whether or not we can help. If we are unable to take on your project, we may still be able to provide guidance or connect you with a trusted contractor in your area.
Cancellations must be made in advance. Deposits may be refundable depending on how far along we are in the process. Contact us for details if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Unfortunately, we cannot list specific prices online, as every project is unique. However, we do provide free, no-obligation quotes.
For most projects, we do require a deposit to cover the initail material costs and to obtain any permits needed. The deposit amount will be highlighted on your estimate and deducted from your final invoice.
We accept all major cedit/debit cards, cash, personal checks, wire transfers, and digital payments such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.
At this time, we do not offer direct financing. However, for larger projects, we typically work out payments for each phase of the project, which will be discussed prior to the start of the project.
Yes! We use Square for any and all card transactions and we never save your card information.
