LIMITED LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
Brick N' Boulder LLC ("the Company") warrants that all residential construction services provided will be free from defects in workmanship for the duration stated within these terms and conditions. This warranty applies solely to the labor and craftsmanship executed by the Company and does not extend to materials or products used.
I. INTRODUCTION
This Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, hereafter referred to as the "Warranty," is provided by Brick N' Boulder LLC. to the Client, hereafter referred to as the "Owner" or "Client," for the construction service(s) rendered. The purpose of this Warranty is to guarantee the quality of workmanship used in the construction project(s) carried out by our company.
The conditions, terms, exclusions, and limitations under which this Warranty is provided are outlined in detail in the following sections. Both parties must read, understand, agree to, and acknowledge these conditions before the start of the project(s).
II. COVERAGE PERIOD
This Warranty shall commence on the project start date and shall remain in effect for the duration of the current owner's ownership unless otherwise noted in these terms and conditions. Any claims, issues, or concerns regarding the quality of workmanship must be reported directly to Brick N’ Boulder LLC. within this Coverage Period.
** Please note that the Coverage Period may only be extended under specific conditions as described in the sections below, under 'Transferability.' **
III. COVERAGE DETAILS
This Warranty only covers issues directly related to defects in the workmanship used in the construction project, such as:
- Improper installation of structural components or any other materials handled.
- Code violations related to the project.
- Any other workmanship-related defects not specified in these terms.
Please be advised, each claim will undergo a thorough investigation before being approved or denied. If approved, Brick N’ Boulder LLC. will rectify, at no additional cost, any defects arising from substandard workmanship.
IV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Warranty excludes coverage of damages or defects arising from the following circumstances:
- Defects in materials or products, which are subject to manufacturers' warranties.
- Product recalls.
- Natural disasters or acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper maintenance, neglect, or misuse by the property owner.
Under no circumstances will Brick N' Boulder LLC. be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any of the above circumstances.
V. CLAIMS PROCESS
To initiate a claim under this Warranty, the Client must follow the steps below:
- Notify Brick N’ Boulder LLC. in writing using our official email address [email protected] or by calling us at +1 (336) 989 - 5863 within 30 days of discovering the defect.
- Provide a detailed description of the defect, as well as any photographic evidence of the issue.
- Allow our team reasonable access to investigate and assess the defect and determine the best course of action.
- Upon validation, our team will schedule and perform any necessary repairs.
VI. OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the construction project(s), including regular inspections and undertaking necessary preventative maintenance. Any failure to do so may result in the Warranty being void.
The Owner agrees to allow Brick N' Boulder LLC. or any appointed representative(s) access to the premises for the sole purpose of rectifying any issues dictated under this Warranty.
VII. TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is non-transferable, and applies exclusively to the original property owner for the duration of their ownership unless otherwise noted in these terms and conditions.
VIII. GOVERNING LAW
This Warranty will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina.
All disputes arising under or in relation to this Warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Randolph County, North Carolina.
IX. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute regarding this Warranty:
- Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation.
- If mediation fails, binding arbitration will be pursued before resorting to legal proceedings.
The arbitration will be conducted in Randolph County, North Carolina and both parties will share the costs associated with the dispute resolution or arbitration.
X. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
This Warranty constitutes the complete understanding and agreement between Brick N' Boulder LLC. and the Client. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Guarantee Overview
Brick N’ Boulder LLC. is committed to delivering exceptional service quality. If a client is dissatisfied with the workmanship of a completed project, we offer the following remedies within 30 days of project completion:
- Rework: Perform necessary adjustments or corrections at no additional cost.
- Refund: If rework is not feasible or satisfactory, provide a partial or full refund, as deemed appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this guarantee:
- The client must notify the Company of their dissatisfaction within 30 days of project completion.
- The concern must pertain to workmanship, not materials or products.
- The property must remain in the same condition as at project completion, without unauthorized modifications.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Issues arising from material or product defects, which are covered under separate manufacturer warranties or recalls.
- Damage due to external factors, such as environmental conditions or third-party interventions.
- Services rendered beyond the 30 day guarantee period.
